Distance Covered:

Started off in the estuary with pretty calm winds, just able to keep tacking back and forth. then went over onto the sea front, similar conditions but the sand was a bit harder. i really need to wait till the tide has gone way out, or the wind is dead westerly.

then the wind picked up an incredible amount when i was already going too fast to be safe (about 5mph then!!) and took me clean off the board and ripped my jeans and had a good go at some flesh too.

decided to leave the board alone for a bit and try some jumps, but after stacking a 20ft jump - yes i almost shat myself - enough was enough and packed up. wish i was back there now!
